concerning the Encampment that all seniors, cadets and their parents
should be aware of for the Summer Encampment.

July 10th, 2010 to July 17th, 2010.
PLEASE NOTE : The Location for Summer Encampment 2010 will be at
the same Location as last year, Camp Lincoln in Springfield Illinois.

IMPORTANT NOTICE :
The Pass In Review and Graduation Ceremony will
be held at 1000 on Saturday, 17 July 2010.
The Pass In Review will be held in a field a
short walk from the parking lot. The walk is
down a small hill. Those planning to attend
the Pass In Review are strongly encouraged to
wear tennis shoes or other sturdy shoes to
prevent any mishaps while traveling to and
from the field. Observers are also encouraged
to bring lawn chairs and water, as neither
chairs/bleachers nor water are available in
the field.
